Sourcing Manager- Indirect Categories position at La-Z-Boy Incorporated, responsible for driving indirect purchasing strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives across all manufacturing, distribution, and retail locations.

Requirements

• Analyzes corporate spend data to identify cost savings opportunities
• Provides leadership for plant/facility buyers in contract coordination and compliance
• Leads contract negotiations for corporate wide agreements
• Develops and coordinates implementation plans for companywide agreements
• Manages end to end RFP process for large dollar purchases and corporate contracts
• Implements effective purchasing processes and controls into other areas of company spend
