Manager, Accreditation Operations

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Accreditation Operations to lead the planning and delivery of accreditation services for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles. The role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, implementing accreditation policies and procedures, and ensuring a seamless experience for accredited participants. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in major event/venue or league accreditation planning and delivery, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Accreditation zoning and stakeholder flows experience
• Event Operations Planning (EOP) process experience
• Collaboration with Event & Venue Management (EVM), Venue Infrastructure (VNI), accreditation zone owners, and space/room owners
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and human relations skills
• Fluent working with Office suite products including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $88,000.00 - $115,000.00
