Manager, Local Affairs

LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Manager, Local Affairs role plays a pivotal role in advancing LA28’s relationships with local partners in California, helping to strengthen coordination among government stakeholders and execute LA28’s local advocacy agenda.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in government, government relations, or a related fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and contribute under pressure, see a project through to completion, and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency working with Office suite products
