Senior Associate, Bus Systems

LA28 is seeking a Senior Associate, Bus Systems to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of bus services for Olympic and Paralympic Games stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting service planning, scheduling, or operational delivery in bus, fleet, or transport environments is beneficial
• Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to data, documentation, and system inputs
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams
