
Job description
As a Technical Recruiter at Lab37 Robotics, you will own full-cycle recruiting for the teams building our robotics systems—hardware, software, and technician roles that bring our products to life. This is an on-site, in-office position where you’ll partner closely with engineering and operations leaders to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, run efficient interview processes, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineers, software engineers, and technicians—from intake through offer acceptance and start date. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, level candidates, and run structured interview plans and debriefs.
