Role Overview

Join LAB3's Professional Services team as a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalise AI solutions for enterprise clients. Work across the AI lifecycle from prototyping to production, leveraging modern technologies to solve real problems.

What You Will Do

Deliver Agentic AI and GenAI workloads on Azure, build production-grade applications, develop robust RAG pipelines, and implement MLOps with Azure ML/Databricks.

Why It Might Be a Fit

7–10+ years of experience in software/data/AI engineering, strong hands-on skills with Azure, Databricks, and Azure ML, and proven technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in software/data/AI engineering
• 1 year in Agentic AI
• Experience delivering enterprise Search/RAG/virtual agent solutions on Azure
• Strong hands-on skills with Azure, Databricks, and Azure ML
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration
