Job description
Join our team at the Halsey Lab in Portland, OR as a Medical Lab Technologist. Work in a Chemistry department, performing routine and complex technical procedures. Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation, and make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving.
Determine specimen acceptability, perform technical procedures, monitor instrumentation, and report accurate test results. Prepare and test new reagents, and maintain a safe work environment.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, who can work independently and within a team environment. Experience in clinical laboratory testing is preferred, but not required.
