We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual to support the development and maintenance of accurate demand forecasts that guide inventory strategies and supply chain operations. The Demand Planning Analyst will gather and analyze data, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the improvement of planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of related experience (forecasting, inventory management, supply chain, or business analytics).
- Basic understanding of forecasting concepts, statistical methods, and factors that influence demand.
- Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
- Understanding of inventory metrics and supply chain fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to interpret data clearly.
