Job Description
L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Manager of Financial Compliance Audit to deliver complex financial audit areas including Medi-Cal, Covered California, D-SNP, and PASC-SEIU. This role is responsible for managing the financial audit team, ensuring compliance, and overseeing the financial solvency of affected payers and healthcare partners. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in financial auditing in a managed care industry.
- At least 4 years of leading, supervising and/or managing staff experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.
- Significant experience in assessing, investigating, and auditing compliance risks.
- Completion of L.A. Care Management Certificate Training Program may substitute for supervisory experience.
