The BI Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing business data to provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in turning complex data into intuitive visualizations and business recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Reporting (preferably in eCommerce or retail).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, outliers, and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills; able to present insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong Written and Verbal English proficiency
