We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to support the development and maintenance of high-performing marketing websites and landing pages.
Requirements
- 3+ years building custom WordPress themes with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) flexible content blocks
- 3+ years working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Working knowledge of popular WordPress page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, etc.) with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and extend them for client needs
- Demonstrated ability to use AI as a development tool — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier for speed and problem-solving
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
- Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe products (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Developer-first mindset with a marketing support orientation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client projects
- Proactive problem solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teammates
