Therapeutic Direct Support Professional
HS diploma preferred, Associate or Bachelor’s preferred. Valid NH driver’s license and background check needed

Valid NH license and reliable vehicle needed. Background checks & insurance are required. Good work ethic needed
In Home Care Provider/Personal Care Service Provider
High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and NH insurance. Background/pre-employment check required
Overnight Direct Support Professional
High school diploma/GED required. Valid NH driver's license and minor motor vehicle insurance. Background/pre-employment physical screen is also required
In Home Care Provider/PCSP
High school diploma/GED required. Valid NH driver's license and agency insurance are needed. Background and pre-employment physical screening required
Overnight Therapeutic Direct Support Professional Position
HS Diploma or Associate's degree preferred. NH driver's license required. Background/physical screening are a must
Shared Family Living Provider
Background check required. Training provided beforehand. On-call support & ongoing training are offered
