Maintenance Technician - 144

The Maintenance Technician will perform various repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry, as well as respond to resident service requests and conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of two (2) years' general experience in building trades
• Bilingual preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
