Job Description
Lakshya, a Keywords Studios company, is looking for a Sr. Character Art Lead who can provide leadership to the art team and ensure successful project execution. The role involves clarifying client requirements, driving competitive bids, and establishing efficient workflows. The Art Lead will oversee the creation of high-quality art and guide artists through regular interactions and timely feedback.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of 3D game asset creation process
- Hands-on knowledge of industry standard software such as Maya, 3D Studio Max, ZBrush, and Photoshop
- Good knowledge of game engines such as Unreal and Unity
- Ability to effectively estimate, plan, and supervise game art asset creation work
- At least 2 years of experience in a 3D game or game art services company in an Art Lead role
