Business Analyst

Founded in Hong Kong in 2013, Lalamove is a leading global on-demand delivery platform with millions of delivery partners serving orders every day. We are revolutionizing the logistics industry by directly connecting customers and drivers through our technology. As the business continues to evolve, we are now looking for a business analyst to help drive and develop the performance and strategy of Lalamove in Mexico.

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration or related field
• At least 3-4 years of previous experience in data analysis and business strategy development, management consulting, strategy, financial background or project management experience
• Knowledge in data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, BI tools)
• Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
• Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
