Sr Business Analyst

The Sr Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data to improve business performance and support strategic projects, combining problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking, and business sense to ensure rapid and sustainable growth of the business.

Requirements

• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Build analytical insights/tools to help set and monitor performance goals in the business.
• Work closely with our Managing Director in building the long-term strategy for Mexico.
• Collect and analyze performance data from different areas (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of business goals.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Conduct market research, analyze business data, and drive knowledge sharing on market & technology trends; drive business efficiency improvement, best practices as well as challenges among business units.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to MD Lalamove, making adjustments as necessary based on changing conditions.
