Assistant Construction Project Manager

Laland Baptiste, LLC is a certified minority and woman owned construction management and consulting firm seeking Project Managers for current or future project opportunities. The Project Manager will have project experience in Higher-Education, K-12, or Buildings Rehabilitation and willing to work full-time in the Western NY region of the State.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
• 8 years of relevant construction industry experience with public and/or private projects
• OSHA 30
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Experience managing projects with a single value in excess of $10 million or experience managing a portfolio of project totaling this amount at a given time
