Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent position at Laland Baptiste, LLC. The job involves overseeing large-scale building/rehabilitation projects, with a focus on Higher-Education, Healthcare, or Buildings Rehabilitation projects in the Buffalo, NY Region.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field or a satisfactory equivalent of the combined education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience involving large-scale building/rehabilitation projects with a cost of $10 million or greater.
• 4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract or single prime building projects.
