Estimator

Construction Estimator position available at Laland Baptiste, LLC. Develop construction estimates on large transportation projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field required. 2 years' estimating experience with design-bid-build, design-build, or fast-track projects needed. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years' estimating experience with design-bid-build, design-build, or fast-track projects, as well as wide variety of construction trade projects preferably with a cost of $10 million or greater.
• OSHA 30 Hour.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
