Facilities Engineer 5

The Facilities Engineer 5 will plan and oversee facility infrastructure for large strategic projects, collaborating with design firm MEP engineers to develop design criteria, layouts, and prepare detailed design documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of related experience;
• 8+ years of experience in construction design assisting on projects over $10M;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem solving and root cause analysis;
• Engineering experience in large projects and lab spaces with highly technical MEP designs and safety requirements;
