Field Service Engineer 2

The Field Service Engineer 2 will provide on-site repair, maintenance service, and installation/relocation start-up services for Lam's complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems. The role involves analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals
• Able to work in a clean room environment while wearing personal protective safety equipment
• Frequently position oneself to perform job tasks for extended periods
• Able to travel frequently, domestically and internationally
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
