Program/Project Manager 4

As a Project Manager on the Global Production Planning team, you will develop strategic and tactical production plans that align customer demand with Lam’s global manufacturing capabilities. You will set global production output across an 18‐month planning horizon while optimizing the global factory network to minimize constraints, increase flexibility, and enable rapid response to changing customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in production planning, operations, inventory management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory positions and driving cross‐functional disposition decisions
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across globally distributed teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and executive‐level communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and project management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
