Senior Lab EHS Engineer

We're seeking a dynamic Senior EHS Professional to shape the future of safety at our rapidly evolving, innovation-driven organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree
• Senior-level experience in EHS within manufacturing, semiconductor, R&D, industrial, or high-hazard environments
• Expertise in design safety and chemical management programs
• Working-level knowledge of environmental permitting
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, IBC/IFC, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and drive results
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and establish clarity with complex content, in front of peers and leaders
• Self-motivated and requires little supervision to achieve planned results
