Strategic Commodity Mgr 4

The Strategic Commodity Mgr 4 role is responsible for driving the commodity strategy for assigned multiple commodities and managing supplier relationships to achieve goals of global procurement efforts. The role requires a self-motivated individual with 10-12 years of experience in commodity management, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Establish Supplier Strategy and evaluate/sourcing suppliers
• Manage supplier relationship to drive projects to achieve goals
• Continuously scan markets & global landscape to explore and evaluate strategic suppliers
• Coordinate with finance/accounting for inventory, cost savings & cash flow management
• Evaluate new suppliers considering their organization capabilities, technology expertise, production capabilities, financial performance, customer orientation & Supply chain robustness
