We are looking for a bilingual member support specialist to provide world-class service to our members, with 3 consecutive days off.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Superb communication skills
• 1+ year of proven exceptional customer service delivery
• Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously
• Be kind, self-motivated, and hardworking
• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel
