Onsite Hospitality Manager

Manage at least 30 units at one of our properties in any of our markets available, overseeing reservations, member experience, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, unit quality, and reporting on property performance.

Requirements

• Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
• Experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• Ability to triage under pressure
• Comfort with ambiguity
