Engagement Manager

LangChain is seeking an Engagement Manager to join their Professional Services team. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent technical engagements, ensure successful delivery of Professional Services projects for enterprise customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience
• Experience working with enterprise customers and leading customer-facing communication
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and keep quality high across all of them
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing resource allocation
• Experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
