Head of Deployed Engineering - Central

We’re looking for a leader to build and scale our deployed engineering organization across the Central US region. As our Head of Deployed Engineering - Central, you will build and lead the team of deployed engineers working across the region.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles at a dev tools, AI, or infrastructure company.
• Proven experience leading and scaling technical GTM teams.
• Deep technical expertise in Python, software engineering, platform engineering, and solutions architecture disciplines.
• Experience working with or selling to developers and engineering-led buyers.
• Strong track record of leading complex enterprise technical engagements and building trust with senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and technical storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence executive audiences.
