Partner Alliance Lead - EMEA

As a Partner Alliance Lead for EMEA, you will be responsible for building and driving our federal partner strategy from the ground up, focusing on establishing deep, revenue-generating relationships with major Federal Systems Integrators and specialized boutique partners. You will own FSI relationships, develop boutique and specialized partners, build joint go-to-market motions, drive pipeline through partners, and execute co-marketing motions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in federal partner management, business development, or alliance roles
• Direct experience working within or alongside Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, SAIC, or similar organizations is a significant plus
• Pre-existing network within the business development, AI/ML practice, and solutions architecture communities at the major federal primes
• Enough technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments
• Proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure
• Strong pipeline management skills
• Strong communication and influence skills
