AI Adoption Engineer - m/f/d

We are looking for an AI Adoption Engineer to join our Customer Success team. As an AI Adoption Engineer, you will discover high-value use cases, build and deploy solutions, and serve as a technical expert during the Sales process. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to drive adoption and push the platform forward.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• Experience working with enterprise customers on high-impact use cases
• Experience with AI and ability to turn it into working systems
• Fluency in English (C1+), German is a strong plus
• Production-quality code in JavaScript and Python
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS, APIs, and integration architectures
