Requirements
- Fluency in Amharic and English
- Cultural competency and ability to assess regional and accent differences
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
- Ability to concentrate and remain detached from the conversation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to adapt to technology enhancements
