Become part of LAP Coffee as a Store Manager in Munich. Lead the development and success of our locations in Munich, work closely with our Leadership Team, and shape the specialty coffee scene actively.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of leadership experience in the gastronomy, retail, or food and beverage industry
• Experience in team leadership, inventory management, and operational business
• Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, hands-on
• Organizational strength, communication skills, and composure in stressful situations
• Ability to identify growth potential and implement it - even with limited budget
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Fluent in German and English
