Requirements

• BSc, MSc or PhD-level education in a quantitative discipline from a top tier university.
• Actuarial qualification a plus
• Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proven experience in insurance solutions, within an asset manager, a bank or an insurance company
• Proven experience in advising to or investing in private markets for insurance companies
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to grasp problems described by clients, formulate them clearly, propose solutions and communicate the resulting analysis to clients with a wide range of analytical and technical expertise
