Requirements
- BSc, MSc or PhD-level education in a quantitative discipline from a top tier university.
- Actuarial qualification a plus
- Outstanding analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communications skills
- Proven experience in insurance solutions, within an asset manager, a bank or an insurance company
- Proven experience in advising to or investing in private markets for insurance companies
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to grasp problems described by clients, formulate them clearly, propose solutions and communicate the resulting analysis to clients with a wide range of analytical and technical expertise
