Technology Support Specialist (m/w/d)

The Technology Support Specialist is an integral part of Latham's Technology & Information Services team, responsible for resolving desktop, notebook, and remote computing issues, as well as providing support to hardware and customer related services. This role will be located in our Munich office.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard hardware components and peripherals
• Knowledge and proficiency in software programs, including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills needed to troubleshoot a variety of symptoms, diagnose problems, and test, recommend, and implement solutions to technology problems
