The role requires a performance-obsessed, structured experimenter with a cross-functional mindset and expertise in AI-native tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid social marketing
• Proven track record of scaling paid social channels and managing high-performing teams
• Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertising
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously
