Senior Webflow Designer

LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Webflow Designer to create a design system for its marketing sites, driving customer acquisition and conversion. The role requires designing and building Webflow templates, components, and UX/UI standards for four brands, working closely with the Technical Growth Manager and CRO Specialist. The ideal candidate is a top-tier visual designer with expertise in Webflow, UX/UI, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on Webflow
• Strong visual design and disciplined brand execution skills
• Expertise in UX/UI, usability, and accessibility best practices
• Experience with Webflow design systems and component libraries
• Collaborative and team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to design and build complex, multi-page Webflow sites
• Experience with AI tools like Claude Code and Claude
• Technical skills in CSS and JavaScript
