Senior Webflow Designer

Senior Webflow Designer needed to design and build marketing sites for LawnStarter, a leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services. The role requires a top-tier visual and brand designer with expertise in Webflow, UX/UI, and collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Growth team to create modern, polished, and on-brand marketing sites that drive conversion and support experimentation and iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in design and Webflow
• Strong visual design and brand execution skills
• Expertise in UX/UI, usability, accessibility, and conversion best practices
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
• Strong technical skills, including Webflow, CSS, and JavaScript
