Requirements

• AI-native, with deep skill in at least one of our stacks
• Production experience with AI coding agents
• Operating at a lead level, with the ability to make technical calls and decisions
• Outcome-driven, with a focus on shipping outcomes, not features
• Strong horizontal partner, with the ability to collaborate with PM, designer, and engineering peers
