Job Description
LayerZero is seeking a highly driven Hong Kong Lead to oversee market-building activities for their presence in the global financial hub. This role involves managing the client pipeline, maintaining relationships with institutions and financial services companies, and shaping the brand in Hong Kong, particularly within the stablecoin and RWA sectors. It's a high-impact, fast-paced position requiring strategic thinking and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, RWAs, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle business development
- Deep experience in managing institutional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to operate with high agency in ambiguous environments
- Strong sales acumen and operational rigor
