LBMX is seeking a Business Analyst - EDI to collaborate with clients in creating tailored solutions to move data files through LBMX's EDI network. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing EDI transactions, and a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
Requirements
- Lead customer meetings, gather EDI requirements, drive projects forward, and own the results.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Configure customer accounts and create customized EDI guides based on specifications.
- Validate EDI transactions meet customer requirements.
- Monitor EDI network and identify root causes of transaction errors to apply appropriate corrections.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
