Manager, EDI

LBMX is a dynamic and growing SaaS company looking for a Manager to lead their EDI team. The Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team, customer throughput, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in EDI and/or ERP systems and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce reporting experience
• Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of purchasing documents
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams
• Technical fluency in English
