Clarks Summit Worship Leader

Lead worship at the Clarks Summit campus of LCBC Church, recruiting and training volunteers, and contributing creatively to the Worship Department.

Requirements

• Lead worship 46-48 weekends per year
• Recruit, train, and pastor a community of musicians and artists
• Schedule volunteers with consistency and timeliness
• Provide weekly communication to volunteers
• Intentionally connect with volunteers at least 3 times a year
• Assist in Pastoral Care by serving on the PRT rotation
• Participate in staff meetings and location specific events/initiatives
