Jr UCaaS Engineer

LDI Connect is a high-performing technology services company seeking a Junior UCaaS Engineer to support the deployment and ongoing support of cloud-based voice and collaboration solutions across New Jersey. The role involves hands-on, field-oriented work with platforms like Elevate and Zoom, supporting phone systems and modern meeting spaces.

Requirements

• Deploy and support UCaaS systems
• Assist with on-site installations
• Configure users, devices, and call flows
• Troubleshoot call quality issues
• Support Moves/Adds/Changes
• Assist with MTR & Zoom Room setups and testing
