
Job description
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at LEAF Engineers, you will help design HVAC systems for commercial and educational facilities, manage Revit models, and oversee equipment schedules. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and accelerate your career. The team focuses on system performance, reliability, flexibility, and ease of maintenance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and modifying Revit models, reviewing Revit modeling techniques, managing design execution, and interpreting consultant design documents. You will also mentor and train other designers and engineers, and produce coordinated floor plans and isometrics for complex HVAC systems.
To stand out in this role, you will need 6+ years of experience as an engineering consultant, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. You should also be PE licensed, have strong communication skills, and experience in the K-12 educational market.
