Job description
The Senior Platform Operating Lead will create the leadership, operating structure, and stakeholder confidence needed for Lean to support the platform execution at scale. This role requires a senior, business-savvy professional who can establish immediate credibility with product, engineering, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include architecting and establishing the initial Lean/Slalom Launch operating model, governance rhythm, and communication cadence. The successful candidate will also establish deep, respectful operational relationships across OE, Slalom Launch leadership, Lean Global, individual product owners, and technical specialists.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working alongside multi-tenant SaaS platforms or cloud architectures hosting a portfolio of dependent products. They will also have a proven track record of leading sensitive delivery transitions, complex operating model evolutions, partner integrations, or managed-services implementations.
