Role Overview

We are building the world's most advanced solutions for the interior décor industry. As a Software Developer, Business Intelligence, you will use analytical and statistical approaches to solve key business problems, working with large and complex datasets. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers to analyze key performance drivers and build data structures to improve business operations and reporting.

What You Will Do

Use a variety of analytical and statistical approaches to solve key business problems, working with large and complex datasets. Conduct and evaluate A/B tests and communicate results to drive product optimization and to empower customer-facing teams to drive adoption of new products/features.

Requirements

• Distinctive work experience in data preprocessing, data wrangling, feature engineering, data analysis and developing robust data pipelines, delivering polished customer-ready insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality
• Excellent communication to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable engaging with customers and senior executives
• Technical background, demonstrated through a degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other related technical field, or alternatively through relevant work experience
• Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and at least one scripting language used for analysis (e.g., Python)
