Job description
Join a remote-first company as a UI/UX Designer, reporting to the Director of Design & Innovation. You'll strategize, execute, and refine product design, ensuring it meets and exceeds user expectations. Work closely with the Director to make significant contributions and shape the future direction of design and user experience initiatives.
Create cutting-edge experiences, systematize creativity, and ensure design integrity. Harness data-driven insights to sculpt designs, and unite with developers, product marketing, and sales to educate and reflect user needs.
