Assistant Plant Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our Louisville automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience in managing complex supply chains in high-complexity manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Lead and coordinate day‐to‐day plant operations
• Drive a participative, high‐performance culture
• Support OEM customer launches and ongoing production
• Set long‐term goals and objectives for the facility
• Evaluate plant performance and drive continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor, and develop plant leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Human Rights, and Employment Standards
