Electrical Product Engineer

As an Electrical Product Engineer at Lear Corporation's Grugliasco Engineering Center, you will lead technical development of electrical components, translate customer specifications into reliable solutions, and work closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams. You will have opportunities to influence product decisions and work directly with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• Ability to read technical drawings, build wire harness prototypes, and work with vehicle bus systems
• Knowledge of Product Life Cycle, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFA/DFM, and proficiency in MS Office, PLM, and CAD SW
• Good command of English and fluent Italian
• High motivation, flexibility, goal orientation, and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multi-stakeholder activities
