Production Coach

Lear Corporation seeks a Production Coach to supervise production workers and ensure quality products are manufactured on time. The role involves direct supervision, performance management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and excellent leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Two years related experience and/or training
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
